From the Margins interviews Connie Sorio, with Migrante and KAIROS. Sorio is a lead organizer of upcoming event in Fredericton, titled “Equal in Rights Equal in Dignity: Migrant Workers Rights Forum” on Saturday, Feb. 12 in Fredericton.

This year’s New Brunswick budget came down in on February 2nd. In part 2 of the From the Margins show, Johanne Perron of the Pay Equity Coalition of New Brunswick and NB Prosperity Not Austerity Coalition and Patrick Colford with the New Brunswick Federation of Labour and the NB Prosperity Not Austerity Coalition, are interviewed. Covered here are their concerns with budget announcements and ideas of how things could be done differently.
