Miles Howe on Snake Oil & Project SITKA
Author, journalist and activist Miles Howe will talk about the policing of Indigenous rights activists in Canada and the lasting legacy of the 2013 anti-fracking movement in New Brunswick.
Miles Howe is the author of Debriefing Elsipogtog: The Anatomy of a Struggle and is a PhD candidate in the Department of Cultural Studies at Queen’s University. He currently studies propaganda, disinformation and the production of Canadian irreality.
